Do you work with companies outside of a specific industry?+
Yes — Paragon Learning Solutions works with growth-stage companies across industries. Our methodology is designed to be adapted to your specific product, sales motion, and buyer, regardless of vertical.
How long does an engagement typically take?+
It depends on the service. An Onboarding Audit takes approximately 2 weeks. A full Sales Onboarding Build typically runs 6–8 weeks. Facilitation engagements are scheduled based on your needs. Every engagement begins with a discovery call to confirm the right scope and timeline.
Do you offer in-person delivery?+
All Paragon engagements are delivered virtually. This keeps costs down for your organization and allows us to work with companies anywhere in the country without logistical constraints.
What are your payment terms?+
All projects require a 50% deposit to begin, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery. Agreements are executed via DocuSign. We accept payment by ACH, card, or check.
